1. The service
ConvertPix is a free tool that converts image files between formats. All conversion is performed locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the images you convert.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to process content that infringes the rights of others, that is illegal, or that you do not have permission to use. You are solely responsible for the images you convert and what you do with the results.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that output files will meet your specific requirements. Always keep a backup of your original files.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvertPix and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any loss of data or images.
5. Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for any third-party websites they link to.
6. Intellectual property
The ConvertPix name, design, and software are owned by us. You retain all rights to the images you convert — we claim no ownership over your files.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
